BloorIE Refurbishment Limited has been in operation for over 26 years, an amalgamation of professional project managers and technical consultants with over 50 years experience in commercial and architectural glazing.

BloorIE Refurbishment are now successfully affiliated with the Glass and Glazing Federation and specialist glazing contractor to numerous UK Building Consultancies.

We were established solely to focus on specialist remedial solutions, rather than new-build contracts.

Having worked with the UK's most prestigious buildings (Natural History & V&A Museum, Citigroup Centre, Canary Wharf and numerous government buildings to name but a few) we know what it takes to work cohesively with public and business operations. Disruption to any operations and business can be minimised by working out-of-hours and our experience of working in high-security environments has led us to develop procedures for working compactly to a prearranged plan and causing as little disturbance as possible to adjacent tenants and staff.

To ensure our company runs efficiently, and more importantly safely we are accredited with all necessary industry standards. These include membership within The GGF, Safecontractor, CHAS, Contractorplus and both ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.

Alongside our health & safety/quality measures we ensure all of our site teams are qualified to the highest industry level. All BloorIE Site Operatives and Managers are qualified CSCS card holders and CITB Health & Safety tested and all high level works are conducted by PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers & Manufacturers Association), IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) and IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Association) trained technicians where applicable.
